In Google Sheets, select the header row and the rows under it (one layout at a time), copy, and paste below. Or download a tab as a CSV file (File → Download → CSV) and choose it.

Backup & export
Back up now saves a complete copy of the data file wherever you choose (e.g. a USB stick). Export CSV saves the check-ins in the Google Sheet layout (Date, one column per account, Total, Note) to open in Sheets or Excel.
Major expenses
No major expenses yet. Add the ones you pay regularly — mortgage, child care, loans, insurance. Leave out things that change a lot, like gas and groceries.
